2024 RFPs

The Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation, and Conservation District (“District”) is seeking engagement from organizations interested in participating in the Humboldt Bay Offshore Wind Heavy Lift Marine Terminal Project (“Project”) for offshore wind operations (OSW) in Humboldt Bay, California. Based on the type and level of interest received during the Solicitation of Interest (“SOI”) process, the District may further engage with interested parties as appropriate. The SOI is attached and posted on our website at this location: August 2, 2024: Notice of Solicitation of Interest: Humboldt Bay Offshore Wind Heavy Lift Marine Terminal. We respectfully request that you share this SOI with any interested parties (within your organization, with other industry organizations, with members/subscribers to your website or newsletter, etc.). Thank you for your consideration. SOIs are due on or before August 23, 2024. No hard copies will be accepted. SOI Response Date Extended to September 6, 2024.

The Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation District is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants to conduct “Final Permitting and 30% Design” for the District’s “Redwood Marine Offshore Wind Heavy Lift Multipurpose Terminal Project” (funded by MARAD’s PIDP 2023 Program).  For more information, see attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ). 
       SOQs are due on May 17, 2024 no later than 5pm.
