All vessels requesting permanent (30 days or more) berthing are required to fill out the lease application form, in ink, and submit it along with their current registration, or document, for us to photocopy. All vessels are required to be seaworthy and current with registration/documentation. A lease will then be created for lessee's signature. A deposit equal to 1 full month's rent, plus pro-rated first month's rent is also required at time of signup. All monthly rent is due on the first of each month, in advance, and without prior notification. No bills are sent out. Please contact the Marina Office for more information.
