Humboldt Bay Management Plan Advisory Committee The Humboldt Bay Management Plan Advisory Committee has been established to advise the Harbor District’s Commissioners in implementation of the Humboldt Bay Management Plan and Strategic Plan. The minutes and presentation from the Committee’s first meeting (held December 10, 2008) can be downloaded below.
